By creating an account or using Alite (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Alite is a personal finance tracker that lets you record accounts, transactions, budgets, and goals across multiple currencies. All figures — including net worth, income, expenses, and savings rate — are calculated from the data you enter and the exchange rates available at the time.

Alite is a record-keeping and informational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at cs.alitecompany@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Exchange rates used to convert balances are provided for convenience and may be delayed or approximate. Alite does not guarantee the accuracy of any rate and is not responsible for financial decisions made based on the figures shown.

We work to keep Alite available and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss resulting from reliance on figures the Service displays.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
